Your Tasks

• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
• Facilitating the regular Scrum Meetings in different teams
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Your Profile

• Experience with Scrum, agile methodology and project management
• Some skills and knowledge of software development, moderation, communication, continual improvement, self-reflection and self-management
• Mature personality, sincere in essence and in communication
• Organizational strength, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• High level of initiative, dedication and result-oriented working methods
• Interest in coaching, mediation and organizational development
• Willingness to learn the Scrum Master role in all details and be trained by the Senior Scrum Master
• Very good English knowledge
• Good German knowledge a plus
