Your Tasks

• You develop an Employer Branding strategy to make Contorion known as an employer, derive target group-specific measures, and manage their implementation

• You establish (social media) channels for HR-relevant content and are responsible for content development, working closely together with our marketing team

• You will expand Contorion's HR Marketing, establish cooperations with schools and universities and also be our face for potential applicants at (external) events

• You monitor and analyse the success of the various employer branding and personnel marketing measures

• You are solely responsible for the topic as an expert, but you are closely integrated into the HR team and in active exchange with the operational People Partners and other expert areas

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on communication or (HR) Marketing and already have extensive experience (at least 5 years desirable) in the area of Employer Branding and HR Marketing

• You are creative and interested in current trends and developments, you like to work independently on concepts and new ideas

• You don't just stay in the planning and development phase, but also actively and sustainably implement the topics, actively seeking support and sparring partners in the process

• You are very confident and professional, you convince with your communication and presentation skills and you enjoy networking

• You speak fluent German and English, are absolutely confident in using MS Office products, and, at best, are also experienced in using common graphics programmes
