Your Tasks
As a Marketing Manager, you ensure consistent brand communication across all channels in close cooperation with the Marketing Channel Owners and Design / UX departments
You will support the further development and definition of the brand for the Italian market according to our values and target group and develop ideas to increase our performance and brand awareness.
As a market manager within marketing, you will support the creation, market-specific adaptation and analysis of branding and marketing campaigns while maintaining an overview of all projects, recognizing priorities, and being able to provide active support yourself.
You keep an eye on the performance of all marketing channels for your market using reports and controlling KPI and will take part in cross-functional projects.
You will work closely with internal (and external) stakeholders from all areas (e.g. Marketing, Country Manager, Customer Service)
As a native speaker, you will review and optimize translations for all marketing channels
Your Profile
You have a university degree in business administration, marketing/communication or comparable education
You are enthusiastic about cross-channel marketing and have already gained some relevant professional experience in these fields
You are a communicative personality with team spirit and enjoy your work. Your very good communication skills allow you to present in front of several interest groups and to skillfully resolve possible conflicts
You have a high level of initiative, have a “hands-on” mentality, and work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner. Juggling deadlines and multiple projects at the same time is no problem for you
As a native speaker, you have a strong sense of style and text in Italian and you know your market and the peculiarities of the target group
You also speak very good English. German is a plus
You have strong analytical skills
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point) and / or Google Workspace. Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
