Your Tasks
- Responding to complex customer requests related to products, orders and deliveries on the phone
- Consult customers on the phone and place orders for them
- Handle customer requests via e-mail
- Communicate with our suppliers in case of delivery delays
- Support the Operations team in handling and processing orders
Your Profile
- You always act professionally and enjoy helping others
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally you gained experience in customer service or completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Working with MS Office, ticket systems, and e-mails is natural to you
- You speak French and at least English fluently, German is a plus
