- Lead the development of data products for marketing campaigns optimization, on-site search improvements, recommender system, etc.
- Work with all departments across Contorion to identify opportunities and provide the best possible data insights with machine learning
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Take an active role in growing the team: recruiting, interviewing, preparing and evaluating test performance
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling and machine learning
- Proven track record of industry experience
- A degree that involves mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field (masters or Phd preferred)
- Proficient technical/engineering skills (Python/R/Java/Scala)
- Strong knowledge of SQL
