Senior Product Manager ERP & Internal Tooling (m/f/d) in Berlin

Your Tasks

• You manage our customized ERP solution (Odoo Enterprise version)
• You develop the ERP roadmap based on our company strategy and metrics in alignment with the stakeholders
• You coordinate new feature implementations with an external development agency and the internal engineering team
• You manage complex cross-functional projects in order to improve company-wide business processes and our internal tooling setup
• You identify, specify and prioritize new process improvement ideas in close cooperation with the affected stakeholders
• You are the main contact for all ERP requirements and provide great guidance and documentation to all stakeholders

Your Profile

• You have relevant work experience in Product Management in the field of Enterprise resource planning and/or internal business processes.
• You have advanced knowledge of business processes and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban). Additionally, your technical skills help you to understand the architecture of complex IT products
• You are very analytical and possess an excellent understanding of numbers 
• You communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Ideally, you have successfully received a university degree or relevant education/experience with a technical and/or management/economical background
• You are fluent in English, some knowledge in German is a plus
