Sales & Operations Planner (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

  • You own and continuously improve the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to satisfy customer demand, achieve key performance metric targets and stabilize inventory health.
  • You partner with Operations, Marketing, Category Management and Analytics to develop plans, recommendations, and resolve analyzed root causes of planning conflicts and inventory health issues.
  • You drive process maturity by implementing automation, closing gaps, and standardizing best practices.
  • You own the inventory-side forecasting model covering hundreds of thousands of products, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adaptability.
  • You conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities to optimize ordering strategies and demand planning policies.

Dein Profil

  • You bring 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Operations Analysis & Forecasting.
  • You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have strong skills in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • You communicate fluently in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • You demonstrate a proactive, hands-on working style, strong analytical and communication skills, and enjoy cross-functional collaboration and project management.
