Your Tasks

• You partner with the Managing Directors and the Board to work on relevant and strategic topics for Contorion in the different areas of the business
• You help to structure, guide-through and follow-up on important management meetings. You make sure things get done.
• You lead cross-functional projects in Contorion to drive business growth and increase productivity for Contorion
• You define and deliver analytics to support strategic and operational initiatives
• You structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences

Your Profile

• You bring an exceptional academic record with a degree from a top tier college or university (Business or engineering degrees preferred)
• You bring 2-4 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm, ideally paired with experience within a high-growth company
• You bring the mindset and ability to work/communicate in a fast-paced and changing environment
• You have exceptional project management and people skills
• You are fluent in in German and English
