Working Student - Product Experience (m/f/d)

As a Working Student – Product Experience (m/f/d) you assist the Product Experience team in a variety of projects and functions. Product Experience is defining the product content we need, how to obtain it, and how to show product information to the customer.

Your Tasks

• You will support larger projects and eventually take ownership of your own initiatives in the areas of product setup and customer experience in the frontend — for example, sourcing and enriching large volumes of missing data, or redefining and optimizing our filters.
• You will contribute to our cross-functional efforts to reshape the entire product onboarding process, such as training an AI-based tool.
• You will assist with operational tasks, such as correcting errors in our product data.
• You will proactively identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and scalability of our work.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Berlin.
• You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and GSuite (e.g. Excel, Word, Gmail, PowerPoint, etc.). Initial experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Knime, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
• You are excited about a project-based role with the ability to dip your toes into various topics. In addition, you work in a structured, analytical manner, with a keen eye for detail.
• You are fluent in English. German, French, or Italian are a plus.
