As a Working Student – Partner Care (m/f/d) you assist the Operations team in managing the whole purchase to pay process while ensuring product availability, Invoices payments, order confirmations, price uploads and creating exceptional customer experience such as building great supplier partnerships.

Deine Aufgaben

• You assist the Operations team in managing daily shipments to the warehouse and customers, ensuring product availability and an exceptional customer experience.
• You use the ticketing system and Excel to handle operational tasks.
• You track orders, escalate shipping delays, update internal systems, and ensure resolution.
• You coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse team to confirm orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
• You proactively identify and escalate recurring issues with suppliers, SKUs, product categories, and system errors.

Dein Profil

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Germany.

• You have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite (Excel, Word, Gmail, PowerPoint, etc.). as well as SQL.

• You work in a structured, analytical manner, with a keen eye for detail.

• You are curious and proactive, seeking out information and solutions when facing unfamiliar challenges.
