To realize our vision of revolutionizing the offer for small and medium-sized companies, we are looking for dynamic and motivated people who want to become part of our team!We're looking for a Senior Inventory Planner (m/f/x) with a sharp analytical mindset and a strong sense for operational excellence to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations team. In this role, you’ll act as a key driver of data-informed inventory decisions, own and evolve large-scale forecast models, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve sourcing efficiency and inventory health.
Deine Aufgaben
- You lead internal performance measurement and management initiatives by iterating the inventory steering framework.
- You enable and support team members with reports and dashboards, and conduct in-depth analyses.
- You own the forecast model for hundreds of thousands of products across demand, sell-out, and sell-in.
- You conduct proactive analyses to identify improvement potential in ordering policies.
- You implement automations to continuously enhance process efficiency in sourcing and inventory health evaluation.
- You collaborate closely with operations, product, and category management teams to provide recommendations and identify root causes of inventory health issues.
Dein Profil
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You have 2- 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations analysis and forecasting.
- You combine strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python or R, enabling you to work effectively with complex data.
- You have a deep understanding of e-commerce business models and key operational levers such as procurement, supplier performance, and cash management.
- You take a proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and present insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
