Subledger Accountant (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You independently process and post incoming and outgoing invoices.

• You review, clarify, and monitor open items.

• You maintain and manage creditor and debtor master data.

• You support monthly and annual financial closings.

• You communicate with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers.

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk) and bring 3-7 years professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or asset accounting.

• You have basic knowledge of accounting and invoice verification.

• You have experience working with accounting software and ideally have used and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion before and work confidently with MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• You have German language skills at least at B1 level and English skills at least at B1 level.

• You work in a structured and precise manner and are motivated to help shape new systems and processes.
