Your Tasks

• Monitor, pre-evaluate and distribute incoming tickets in Jira and internal PM channels in order to ensure a smooth and ongoing product optimization process
• Challenge the importance of operational requests and improve the use of data driven decisions
• Prioritize tasks and bugs on business impact, enrich properly and solve tickets with the help of the Product Managers and Developers
• Identify patterns behind seemingly isolated issues in order to prevent redundancy and improve efficiency
• Use your understanding of the product and conduct data analysis to identify top issues and top feature requests as inputs for the Product Management roadmap
• Keep internal stakeholders up to date on the progress of their requests
• Analyze and implement metrics in order to track the success of our product and processes

Your Profile

• You work independently, are well structured and can easily navigate between different projects and processes.
• You are a great communicator, have a confident presence towards internal stakeholders and have experience in working in an agile environment
• Product management tools like Jira and Confluence and usual office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint are part of your skillset.
• You are able to use your SQL skills to tackle larger and more complex problems whenever needed.
• You learn fast and have an excellent understanding of numbers. You know the most common KPIs in web analysis as well as how they are measured and analysed
• You are fluent in English, knowledge in German is a plus
