Your Tasks

• You will support the inventory planning team in managing our stock and purchases for both domestic and international suppliers

• You analyze demand and make purchasing decisions analytically and strategically using Excel and other analysis tools.

• You support the team in order placement and planning and provide cross-functional feedback on inventory KPIs for items, suppliers and categories

• You are responsible for process flows and make independent purchasing decisions to achieve optimal inventory levels and availability

• You independently fulfill ad hoc requests from the category management team and provide feedback on inventory and purchasing decisions

Your Profile

• You are currently studying supply chain management, logistics or business administration

• You enjoy working with numbers and data; you are proficient with Excel spreadsheets and formulas

• You have a clear understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, ideally targeting e-commerce companies 

• You are meticulous and process-oriented; clear work steps and a regulated process are part of your ideal working day

• You are confident and speak fluent English
