As Head of Product Manager Private Label (m/f/x) you are responsible for STIER's procurement and maximize profit through your market knowledge, supplier knowledge and strategic service decisions.

Your Tasks

  • You are developing and shaping the STIER assortment and brand including prices and services by conducting market, customer, competition and trend analyses.
  • You are responsible for the prices, as well as developing and shaping the assortment, conducting European-wide market analyses for sales markets and competitive analyses.
  • You select as well as assess agencies and negotiate contracts with suppliers and establish the pricing framework to gain market share and optimize profits.
  • You take the lead in negotiating operational and strategic collaborations, including pricing, price development, terms, and optional exclusivities to ensure the best overall performance.
  • You develop and implement concepts for reducing inventory levels, increasing inventory turnover, and achieving high delivery rates involving suppliers and other deparments.
  • You develop effective advertising campaigns and sales promotion initiatives to enhance brand presence and increase sales.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 7-10 years of experience in buying and had ultimate accountability for purchasing decisions of at least €20+ Million.
  • You are an expert in the acquisition, evaluation and negotiation of suppliers in Asia and Europe.
  • You have a broad negotiation toolkit and experience in buying technical goods and understand the impact of product specification and composition.
  • You enjoy setting ambitious targets and exceeding them with your team.
  • You are proficient in English, Mandarin would be a plus.
