- You design our measurement plan & support all operations teams with performance measurement, KPIs, and dashboards.
- You analyze various data sources focusing on customer behavior, payment figures, and logistics KPIs.
- You assess investments and their impact and steer proposals that support our strategic business goals.
- You collaborate closely with operations, product, and assortment teams.
- You translate business requirements into analytical elements and clarify the scope of analytical tasks.
Your Profile
- You have a profound experience with SQL & Excel and strive for automation.
- You have knowledge of e-commerce business models with a focus on one or more of the following: customer interaction, customer behavior, customer satisfaction, delivery times steering, supplier performance, logistics reporting, or payment analysis.
- You have advanced skills in visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder-centricity.
- You bring stakeholder management experience and the ability to present complex data findings to cross-functional teams.
- You are hands-on and bring a can-do mentality into a growth-oriented company setup.
- You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
