As a Product Designer (m/f/x), you are responsible for the entire value chain, from discovery and research to design system contributions in one of our strategic domains. To take our shopping experience to the next level, we are looking for a creative, customer-centric Product Designer with a good understanding of user experience for our dynamic team.

Your Tasks

• You collaborate to discover new solutions, ensure that your designs are implemented effectively, and meet usability and product goals. 
• You are responsible for making our users love our product by designing intuitive and attractive user experiences and interfaces across the whole customer journey of our E-Commerce platform.
• You conduct user interviews and surveys to understand customer needs and pain points, leveraging research data, A/B testing, and analytics for thorough evaluation. You also continuously develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts directly with real users.
• You develop customer journey maps to document customer touchpoints with our brand and product. This allows you to maintain your design components and ensure a consistent shop design across all page types. 
• You will collaborate closely with your team’s product manager, software engineers, stakeholders, and other product designers who are part of an agile and cross-functional team.

Your Profile

• You gained at least 3 years of experience, ideally within E-commerce, and have a degree or relevant practical knowledge in Design/UX, Industrial Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design and problem-solving skills.
• You are very proficient in Figma, knowledge of other design and research tools (Sketch, Maze etc.) is a plus. 
• You regularly use storyboarding, sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and user testing as part of your daily toolkit. You also have experience with user research methods and conducting qualitative interviews. 
• You have a sufficient understanding of frontend development to have good collaborations with developers. Additionally, your previous experience includes successful contributions to design systems in various roles.
