We are looking for an analytical mastermind with a strong automation and data-based steering background. You will leverage their expertise to fuel the team with insights that drive growth and efficiency.
Your Tasks
You define our measurement plan & support all marketing teams with performance measurement, KPIs, and dashboards
You perform analyses on various data sources with a focus on marketing investments and their impact, creating steering proposals that support our strategic business goals
You translate marketing steering decisions into investment implications and align & validate their impact on growth, profitability and our operation
You are collaborating closely with product and pricing teams to ensure alignment on incrementality testing between stakeholders across business
You are responsible for the conception, optimization, and implementation of marketing analytics projects
You will translate business requirements into analytical elements and clarify on the scope of analytical tasks
You identify possibilities for our own data activation as well as new developments in the market and pursue new opportunities
Your Profile
You have a profound experience with SQL and strive for automation with Python, Google Apps Script, R or similar
Knowledge of e-commerce business models, customer lifecycle, customer value-based segmentation and steering as well as marketing automation technologies
You have advanced skills in visualization & dashboard building with strong stakeholder-centricity
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to cross-functional teams
You are hands-on and bring a can-do mentality into a growth-oriented company setup
You are a team player and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals and create progress
You speak English fluently
