We are looking for a Lead Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Business Intelligence department and help us further develop our Data and Analytics infrastructure and service. You will be working very closely with a group of Project Managers, Analysts and Data Engineers.
Your Tasks
You contribute to the ongoing development of a sophisticated web-tracking program
You consult our business and tech teams regularly and translate their requirements into efficient data solutions
You work with our team of Data Engineers in the continuous development of our BI infrastructure
You create dashboards and analyses using Looker and SQL as well as you are part of the design and specification of wider company initiatives
You support the BI team in promoting a data-driven culture on a broad range of topics (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service/Relationship, Web analytics, etc.)
Your Profile
You are excited about solving difficult problems in the most efficient and robust way possible
You have relevant hands-on experience in a data/web analysis role as well as good skills in SQL and data manipulation in general
You have a strong understanding of business operations and a great interest in the impact of data applications on business decisions
You are convincing with your structured, goal-orientated approach to work and an analytical mind paired with a good understanding of numbers
You are fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
