As Team Lead Buying (m/f/d) you and your team of 5 will leverage our market position and be responsible for strategic purchasing, supplier relations and the product range of our D2C brand STIER. In addition to your technical expertise, you hold great value in team leadership and empowering your people.
Your Tasks
You are coordinatiing and continuously developing our strategic purchasing and our international supplier relationships
You are responsible for the strategic management and further development of the product range within the entire value chain
You lead and guide the assortment team in negotiating purchasing conditions
You identify automation opportunities and design implementation proposals
You work closely with management and other stakeholders as process owner of the sourcing activities
Your Profile
You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or another comparable field of study
You have several years of experience in (strategic) purchasing and/or category management
You are fluent in German and English
You have strong analytical skills, are result-oriented, structured and work independently
You are quick on the uptake and have a high level of motivation
