Your Tasks

  • You respond to complex customer requests related to products, orders and deliveries for the Italian market 
  • You consult customers on the phone and place orders for them
  • You handle customer requests via e-mail
  • You communicate with our suppliers in case of delivery delays
  • You support the Operations team in handling and processing orders

Your Profile

  • You act in a friendly and professional manner and you enjoy helping others
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You ideally gained experience in customer service or completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are familiar in working with MS Office and writing e-mails
  • You speak Italian and at least English fluently, German is a plus
