(Senior) People Partner (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for a selected department, familiarise yourself with its special features and act as a sparring partner, providing support and advice
• You look after the employees of the department in tandem with an administrative expert throughout the whole employee life cycle, HR-Specialists will support you with their know-how
• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from the requirements analysis to acceptance, advise on the final selection, and are also the main contact person for applicants
• You operationally take care of your own departments in individual and team development, you conduct development interviews and advise on personnel development topics
• You support the managers in on- and offboarding and promote our values in all situations

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on human resources and already have extensive experience (at least 5 years desirable) in the area of Recruiting and HR development 
• You enjoy recruiting the best employees for Contorion and actively developing them further - in German and English
• You get deeply involved in the processes and circumstances of individual departments and drive them forward with your entrepreneurial thinking and proactive approach to work 
• You deal confidently with stakeholders, and you are very communicative and convincing with your professional manner
• You are a  team player, are open to other views and opinions, and manage to bring them a good solution
