Your Tasks

• You manage the end-to-end OKR definition process globally 
• You enable and monitor the successful OKR concept implementation/adoption at Contorion
• You identify improvement potentials and drive respective projects to optimize process output
• You facilitate the quarterly company, department & team OKR definition 
• You facilitate the company-wide KPI setting process for OKRs 

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Psychology, or similar field of study
• You have very good knowledge of agile frameworks and have internalized the agile mindset 
• You are a passionate ambassador of the OKR Concept - knowledge and experience of working with OKRs is strongly preferred
• You have 2+ years of experience in facilitating company-wide processes in a fast growing-startup or comparable dynamic environment
• Your analytical skills allow you to quickly understand strategic initiatives and translate them into OKRs 
• Communicating with various stakeholders across all levels comes easily to you
• Consulting experience is a big plus
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. German language skills are preferred
