Your Tasks

• As a contact person at eye level, you advise employees and managers on all HR-related issues

• You ensure a great employee journey by managing the operational HR work from recruiting to the departure of the employees

• You will support the further development of our organisation with innovative HR projects (e.g. in the area of employer branding or culture)

• You help with the onboarding and offboarding processes with the specialist departments

• With a focus on recruiting: from briefing interviews with the departments, writing job advertisements, sourcing, and applicant management to interviews: You are a real organisational talent in recruiting and are responsible for filling your positions with the best possible candidates from A to Z.

• Admin focus: With the help of our HR software Personio, you keep track of all administrative HR TO-DOs. You create all personnel-related documents such as employment contracts, contract supplements, or references and ensure the smooth running of our payroll accounting with our external payroll office. As an interface to the controlling team and the parent company, you are the contact person for all salary/FTE& HC questions

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or similar (preferably with a focus on Human Resources) or completed commercial vocational training

• You have several years of professional experience in HR (focus on recruiting or administration or both) in fast-growing companies

• You have good knowledge of labour law

• If you have a recruiting focus, you have very good experience in the area of talent management and end-to-end recruitment

• Ideally, you already have knowledge in the use of personnel management systems (Personio)

• You have a reliable way of working with a strong hands-on mentality and enthusiasm

• You have a high candidate and stakeholder orientation as well as a competent and professional appearance

• You have excellent communication skills combined with analytical abilities

• You have a passion for people and their (HR) issues and an empathetic way of dealing with them

• You are inquisitive and willing to challenge the status quo

• You are a team player and have an open-minded personality

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
