Your Tasks

• Lead and develop the HR & office department, including the functions recruitment, HR Administration, people development, culture building, and work environment (~9 FTE)
• Bring our Recruiting efforts to the next level by sharpening our Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand strategy
• Help to create an outstanding working environment which is based on strong commitment, respectful and transparent communication and a disruptive & ambitious mindset
• Further develop our learning und people development strategy which ensures steep learning curves and retention of employees
• Manage the HR budget and set-up KPIs wich reflect HR performance along various dimensions
• Develop and implement HR & office management policies, processes and organisational set-up in line with overall business goals and employee requirements

Your Profile

• You bring an academic record with a degree from a top tier college or university
• You bring 8+ years of experience in HR of which at least 4 years were in a leadership role
• You know about the challenges that fast-growing digital businesses face and how to cope with them (incl. Internationalisation)
• You are a motivated people manager and you feel at home in an agile and fast moving environment
• You are skilled in active listening with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build fast rapport and trustworthy relationships
• You have a strong background in Recruiting and People Development, including building up of strategy and processes
• You have deep knowledge of German labour law and HR administrative tasks (e.g. Payroll & HR Controlling)
• You are a strategic thinker who understands how to translate numbers and trends into actionable insights
• You are fluent in English and German
