Your Tasks
You identify user needs based on research results (customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, Google Analytics, and BI insights) and derive clear product and service requirements from your findings
You develop solid UX concepts with the definition of customer needs and task analyses as well as the creation of storyboards, scenarios, user flows, workshops, experience mapping, and use cases. In doing so, you align user needs and business goals
You continuously coordinate with the design and UX team to further expand our design system and apply it to our product portfolio
You will work closely with Product Management and IT to define the product UI experience and execute all visual design phases from A to Z
Your Profile
You have a degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a similar field and have been working as a UI/UX designer for at least 5 years
You ideally already have experience working in agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
You know how to present your ideas to your team, and our customers in a precise and convincing way, a certain basic understanding of our industry would be desirable
You have a good knowledge of the most common design software and are able to quickly switch to the right tools for the problem at hand
You are confident with storyboarding, sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and A/B testing setup
