Your Tasks

• You lead the expansion into the Italian market, responsible for growing and managing our business as well as representing the local entity internally and externally 
• You analyze the country specific requirements of our customers and the industry as well as the competitive landscape and the regulatory framework
• You implement measures based on these observations together with the country teams and support across the organization to iteratively get better solutions for the customers
• You monitor relevant KPIs to create forecasts and business cases and support in developing better scalable systems and processes at Contorion
• You are part of the Internationalization team located in Berlin and you will facilitate the team spirit of the cross-functional country teams without formally leading them

Your Profile

• You have 3-5 years of experience in a consulting firm and/or eCommerce and speak fluent English and Italian. Other languages are a plus
• You have strong strategical and analytical skills and you are able to lead analysis results into concrete actions with lots of individual initiative and responsibility
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic "can-do " attitude, which enables you to deal with complexity and many tasks at the same time 
• You easily interact with different stakeholders across all levels and convince others with your good communications skills and diplomatic abilities
• You deal well with all types of personalities and you are curious about different cultures
