Your Tasks

• We are the technological foundation of a rapidly growing company. You make sure that friction is minimized
• Scrum Master in 3 teams
• Training of developers in the areas of communication, feedback, agile thinking, self-reflection, dealing with uncertainty and complexity, and much more.
• Further development of the structures and processes with the CTO towards more self-organization and fit to the internal and external requirements
• Increasing transparency, e.g. by revealing team dynamics and hidden interaction patterns, perceptions and demands from the outside world, etc.
• Increase other departments’ understanding of the IT organization

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in multiple teams. Ideally, you’ve already worked in the E-Commerce sector
• Communication at eye level and personal responsibility are important to you because you know that this is the only way to really achieve good solutions
• You believe that a high level of self-organization in complex environments is the better alternative to strong hierarchies
• You organize proper regular Scrum meetings, but you want to get to the bottom of the real problems together with the teams
• You have learned that agile work is not about ceremonies, but about inner understanding
• If necessary, you have the courage to stand respectfully against everyone
• You are not a Scrum Mom, but support the teams in helping themselves
• You have the passion to grow together with others
• You speak English very well
